This time of year is very exciting for the foragers among you. This weekend my son and I grabbed our push net and fished for prawns. We got quite a haul until he slipped with the bucket and set the majority free to live another day.  5 prawns each followed by a mallow leaf salad. Smug - yes. Hungry - definitely.

Forage with a friend from foraging in London to finding mussels near Margate. 

Exceptionally good days out and ones I always bring my mates to.
